Breaking the News and …
How do you tell your team and the people who actually matter that you have decided to leave? For me, that has always been a tough one. I always get more emotional than I ever anticipated. And it always happens when I care for the people, which isn’t always the case to be honest. Because, at the end of the day, life is all about relationships.
